One of the great things about retractable screens from Phantom is they need minimal maintenance. As the screens are retracted when not in use, they stay in their housings during wet and cold months. We would recommend cleaning the screens once or twice a season to eliminate any small dust particles in the mesh.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty covers parts and components and includes a 24 month labor warranty to the original purchaser for the lifetime of the home. The mesh is not part of the warranty but easily replaced if it is damaged or worn down after years of use. With proper care, the mesh can last as long as 10-15 years before a remesh.
