I recently had a Phantom Screen Door installed at my new condo. I LOVE IT! Great product and the technician was polite, neat and very thorough with explanations of operation, maintenance (very little) and warranty! He even suggested that the bottom piece be matched in similar colour to the existing threshold, a great attention to detail! My sister has 3 screen doors at her house which is why I chose Phantom Screens too! Very pleased with this product and the customer service! A+
