Garrett is passionate about Phantom Screens. In fact, his passion for Phantom Screens began long before Phantom Screens the company existed. Garrett, a carpenter by trade, spent many years becoming a door and window expert at the Langley Door and Window company. In 1990 he was first introduced to this new “retractable” screen concept after doing an install in a Vancouver condo. He witnessed firsthand the elation and joy his elderly customer had in being able to keep her French doors open, while keeping the bugs out and letting the cool breeze in . In his own words, “A light went on in my head when I saw how simple this product was, yet how durable and practical it was. I knew that retractable screens could be a huge success not only in British Columbia, but everywhere. “
Phantom Screens the company came into being in 1992, and Garrett quickly acquired a large portion of the BC area in 1994 and has been installing Phantom Screens ever since. The Atlantic Trading Company is now able to boast over 40,000 installs and counting.
And more than just a record number of installs, over 50% of their business comes from referral and repeat business. This adds to the testimony of how great Phantom Screens product is, and the level of customer satisfaction Garrett and his team are able to create and maintain.
